Australian Finance Solutions was founded by Managing Director, Len Lefroy, back in 1997. Since its establishment Len has been focused on creating a company which is focused around the client. We offer a wide range of services including home loans, investment loans, asset finance, business loans, commercial property loans and self managed super fund loans.
The finance process is pretty straight forward.
- It begins with us having a chat about what you are looking to do. We’ll go over the type of loan you are looking for and the kind of products and features that are important to you.
- We will then send you a list of information that we will need off you. This could include things like loan statements and identification.
- We then go off and do some research for you. We find the best products and banks to suit your situation.
- The different options are then presented to you. We go through in detail the different options so you can make an informed decision.
- Once a lender and product has been chosen we then prepare and submit the loan application for you.
- We deal with any issues that may arise with the lender during this time.
- When we receive unconditional finance approval we liase directly with yourself, the real estate agent and your settlement agent to ensure all the relevant parties are updated.
- We are then with you until the loan settles and into the future with any questions, issues or concerns you may have.
The short answer is no. For most loans we set up, such as home loans, they are completely free for you. We are paid a commission by the bank once your loan settles.
There are certain loans which we do charge a fee to you for. For example, if we set up a personal loan for you we will charge you a fee. This is because banks do not pay a commission for personal loans.
Don’t worry though you will be told up front if you will be charged for our services.

Yes! We can definitely help you with a pre-approval. If you haven’t found a property you’d like to purchase yet, getting a pre-approval can give you the extra peace of mind when putting offers down.
Our brokers are located all over Perth, Western Australia. However, we are accredited with lenders Australia wide. So even if you don’t live in Perth we can still help you with your finance. Between phone calls, emails and video chats we can deliver a professional and helpful service.
